Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Sales and Order

Orders placed by you on nickyrobin.co.uk (the "Website") for the products offered by us through the website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is entered into upon the confirmation of the order by e-mail by us to you.

• You are the individual or individuals placing the order ('you', 'your'). You must be 18 years or over to enter into a contract with us by placing an order with us, you confirm that you are 18 years or over. We supply products for domestic and private use.
• This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither party will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
• We intend to rely upon these purchase terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by ourselves, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms and conditions to be confirmed in writing.
• Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please carefully check your order at each page of the order process.
• After you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.  We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
• If a Product is not in stock and we are unable to supply you that Product or because we cannot verify delivery or payment information you have supplied, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the item(s), we will refund you the full amount (including any delivery costs).If we are unable to verify the delivery or payment information you have supplied we may restrict delivery to the address to which your credit or debit card is registered.  We will not be liable for any fees incurred for reposting if a delivery address is incorrectly submitted to www.nickyrobin.co.uk.  We reserve the right to charge a fee for reposting of an order/item if it is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address submitted to us.  If a refund for buyer 'change of mind', or repost of non damaged goods, or goods correctly made and received from www.nickyrobin.co.uk is requested by the buyer, www.nickyrobin.co.uk reserves to right to charge a fee (including orders which qualify for free post).  We reserve the right to deduct a fee for delivery costs of all orders including free post orders when the delivery address has been incorrectly submitted to www.nickyrobin.co.uk.

 

Payment

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.  Payment is required before completing your order.  Payment can be made by any major prepay, credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as explained on the order form. By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your prepay/debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the Goods to you.

When you pay for your order by card, we carry out certain checks which include obtaining authorisation from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons. This may involve validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including the card issuer, registered credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

By accepting these Conditions you:

Undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Goods are correct and that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods ordered.

Undertake that any and all Goods ordered by you are for your own private or domestic use only and not for resale.

Authorise us to transmit the payment and delivery information provided by you during the order process (included any updated information) for the purpose of obtaining authorisation from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds, to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card and for other security reasons, such as fraud prevention.

We shall contact you should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.

 

Delivery

UK - Free, fully tracked and secure delivery within the UK on all completed orders.

Inclusion packs will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after receiving your initial order and payment.

Completed orders will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days from dispatch.  Dispatch times will vary dependant on the current processing times from receiving inclusions.

Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email. If any items are out of stock we will contact you either by telephone or via email as soon as possible.  We will keep you informed about your order every step of the way, from placing your order, receipt of your inclusions back to us and when your order is ready to be dispatched. Once your order is packaged and dispatched we will send you an order confirmation dispatch email.  As you can appreciate due to the fragile nature and processes involved in making your memorial jewellery, our processing times can be weeks rather than days.  This is to ensure that each process and quality check is thoroughly maintained. 

Returns and Refunds

 

 

Warranty

All of our pieces come with a 12 month free warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers your goods for manufacturing faults and if your goods are received not as ordered (this does not cover goods where the consumer has not read the full product details or has misunderstood any details regarding the product prior to ordering).

Our warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, obvious fault(s) caused by misuse by the consumer.   If you need to report a fault please email full details of the issue, your name and order number and photos to enquiries@nickyrobin.co.uk

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults of your jewellery metal and special polymer (for custom made ashes jewellery) holding the inclusions.  It does not cover wear and tear, including scratches, dents and broken chains that have obvious signs of tension. 

For any faults caused by manufacturing, we will first try to repair your piece.  If we are unable to repair then we will replace. We reserve the right to refuse a repair or replacement if we find any signs of misuse and wear and tear that may have caused the fault.

Your warranty is immediately void if you have had any work, repairs etc done to your piece by another company or jeweller.  We cannot repair or replace if damage has been caused by another company or jeweller.

All claims MUST be reported to us within the warranty period.  For any claims made outside of your warranty period, we may be able to offer a chargeable repair or replacement service.
