At Christmas, we understand the importance of keeping the memory of your loved one close. To ensure your handcrafted memorial jewellery arrives in time we have provided our timescales for each collection below.

If the deadline is missed, there is no need to worry, our Egift card is a wonderful alternative that allows the recipient to choose a gift they love.

Christmas Last Processing Dates

Ashes, Hair, Fur and Horsehair Inclusions Jewellery
Inclusions must be with us by 7th December

Eternal ashes titanium rings
Inclusions must be with us by 2nd November

Ashes Glass Keepsakes Gifts
Inclusions must be with us by 13th November

Personalised Engravings
Orders with engraving requirements must be finalised by 14th December

Self Fill - without engraving
Order by 17th December

Our studio will be closed from 12pm on the 18th December 2026 until 4th January 2027. (these dates may be subject to change).

How It Works

We send a free, secure inclusion kit with every order to help you safely return ashes or hair to our studio. No kit is needed for engraving orders as we work from your digital images and personalisation.
