Placing your order is simple and easy, with full customisation options for colour and placement. We offer various payment plans to help spread the cost if necessary.
After your purchase, an inclusions pack is posted out to you with instructions and equipment to safely send your inclusions to us. Once received, we begin crafting your unique memorial gift.
Every precious memorial piece comes complete with a complimentary free 12-month warranty, free polishing cloth, and is dispatched Free using a tracked and secure delivery method for peace of mind.
Ashes Jewellery & Memorial Process FAQs
Once you place your order, we post a secure inclusions pack to you delivered within 3 to 5 working days. This pack contains everything you need to safely return a small amount of ashes, approx. a small capsule (provided), or hair to our studio.
We only require a very small amount. Roughly a small capsule which is provided in your pack. Any unused ashes are handled with the utmost dignity and will be returned to you alongside your finished jewellery piece.
We operate a strict "one-at-a-time" crafting policy. Each piece is handcrafted individually, and your order includes a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the date and the specialist who created your memorial.
Your inclusions are sealed in a jewellery-grade, UV-resistant polymer that is highly durable. To keep the metal and setting at its best, we recommend removing it for swimming, bathing, or using harsh chemicals. Please refer to our jewellery care guide.
Our current crafting time is approximately 3 weeks for 925 sterling silver, 14 weeks for 9ct gold and 6 weeks for titanium, from the date we receive your inclusions pack back at our studio. We will update you via email at every stage of the process.
