We have created an easy ordering process for your personalised jewellery. From ways of sending your handwriting or prints directly through the product page using our image upload, to our designated email address and free print kit option. Our options allow you to fully customise your memorial jewellery.
Upon receiving your order, we will begin to produce your precious piece. We will edit and clean up prints if necessary to allow for best engraving clarity. We can also customise handwritten jewellery if you are wanting to select important areas of the handwriting. Simply leave us a note on your order for your requirements.
If you would like one of our free print kits sending to you, please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Full instructions on how to create the print and send it into us is all included within the kit.
Delivery of your precious personalised memorial jewellery will be within 7 days after we have received all the necessary information. Each piece will come complete with a free 12 month warranty, free polishing cloth, free tracked and secure delivery and will be presented inside our branded Nicky Robin gift box.
