UK - Free, fully tracked and secure delivery within the UK on all fully completed orders (excludes NI).

Pieces Requiring Custom Inclusions:

Delivery timescales apply once we have received your inclusions.

  • Silver Jewellery: Delivered within 3 weeks
  • Gold Jewellery: Delivered within 14 weeks
  • Titanium Rings: Delivered within 6 weeks
  • Glass Keepsakes: Delivered within 4 weeks

Inclusion packs will be delivered to you free within 3-5 business days after receiving your initial order and payment. Return postage required.

Engraved & Self Fill Pieces: Delivered within 7 days

We do not split orders for delivery. For orders that have multiple pieces with different timescales, we will dispatch all items together once complete. Please refer to the longest timescale.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK or NI.

Is the price I see the final price? Yes. The price shown on our product pages is all-inclusive. We believe in total transparency, so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
Are taxes included? Yes, the displayed price already includes all applicable taxes (VAT). You will see a breakdown of the tax for your records at the final payment step.
Is delivery really free? Absolutely. We offer free delivery on all finished memorial pieces within the UK. We handle the costs so you can focus on what matters most.
What happens at checkout? Your total will remain the same. The only change you might see is a lower price if you apply a discount code



Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order of acceptance email.  If any items become out of stock, we will contact you either by email or SMS as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about your order every step of the way. As you can appreciate due to the fragile nature and processes involved in creating many pieces of memorial jewellery, our processing times can be weeks rather than days.  This is to ensure that each process and quality check is thoroughly maintained. 

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re delivery.
