The finished pendant is beautiful and my husband was delighted with it. I the only way that it could be improved would be to make it so he could wear it on holiday whilst sunbathing and swimming.

I was unsure about how my ring would turn out but it is just perfect. I originally ordered a black resin but after contacting Nicky Robin they suggested a clear resin with my fur baby’s ashes at the bottom and his fur at the top. Once received they advised that the ring would be with me in 3 weeks, however it arrived within 2 weeks. I am over the moon with my ring and the service was brilliant

For the price I paid I'm really not impressed at all! It is just nothing special! I'm so upset that something that was supposed to be a really special tribute to my friend of near 40 years, turned out so ordinary. I will of course never forget her, but this item will always upset me, instead of a beautiful reminder of my friend!

Absolutely gorgeous, better than I expected. Not sur e how they have incorporated the ashes and fur, but its a lovely keepsake and they've been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout when I've had questions I can't recommend enough!
