It’s such a sad time, when you’re pet goes over the rainbow bridge, it’s difficult to contemplate how to member of them. I ordered a bracelet for my Fiancée to wear for our wedding with the ashes of her mum who sadly died a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I did not account for the Christmas cut off/closure period & I was panicking that the order would not be complete in time for our wedding. I contacted the team & they worked hard to ensure that the bracelet would arrive in time. The bracelet was perfect & i can’t recommend this company enough! 10/10 would recommend!

After thinking i had missed the window for a memorial piece to be made and delivered before christmas, I emailed the company and they were so helpful. I managed to send my ashes off on the same day for next day delivery and received my jewellery piece one week later! I really appreciate them for doing this such short notice and would recommend them to everyone. They were very understanding and the customer service was spot on. This is the only company i have no doubts with when it comes to them handling ashes! The paw print charm i ordered for my partner looks really nice and i think she will be really pleased on christmas day.
