I can honestly say the pendant and chain I received are absolutely beautiful. My dog (Pepper )passed away in February this year and I made the decision to keep his ashes untouched, however, I did have strands of his hair (Yorkshire terrier), so after choosing my design of pendant and length and design of chain. I paid for my order, (various payment options available) within a couple of days I received a parcel which contained a little vile to pop the hair into with further instructions to return to Nicky Robin I chose a tracked next day delivery via royal mail (my choice), and was informed the following day that Nicky Robin had received my parcel. I was kept informed of each step and when they had posted it I was able to track delivery which gave me piece of mind. My parcel arrived within a reasonable amount of time, beautifully packaged, and, now wherever I go Pepper comes with me. I would totally recommend this company. They don't just use hair they use ashes and human hair too with a huge choice of design.

My bracelet arrived and I’m delighted. It’s subtle but sentimental. Still lots of ashes left to be used for something else and instructions on how to package were very clear.
