Step 1. Choosing Your Ashes Jewellery
Simply place your order via our website, choosing from our collection of beautiful ashes jewellery designs in a variety of stunning colours.
Step 2. Sending Inclusions
Once we have received your order, we will send out an inclusions pack to you with full details of how to return the inclusions back to us. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Step 3. Creating Your Ashes Jewellery
Upon receipt of your returned inclusions pack, we will begin to craft your beautiful cremation ashes jewellery. Delivery varies depending on design. Please check individual product page for timescales.
Step 4. Receiving Your Special Ashes Jewellery
Your finished cremation jewellery piece will be carefully packaged within our branded presentation gift box and sent securely and safely to you with full tracking details provided.
Custom Ashes Jewellery (for ashes, hair, fur & horsehair) - except Eternal Ashes collection
Our current processing/delivery time for custom ashes jewellery is around 3 weeks for Silver and 14 weeks for Gold once we have received your inclusions. We will notify you every step of the way from placing your order to dispatch. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately.
Custom Ashes Into Glass Pieces
Our current processing time for delivery for custom ashes into glass pieces is 4 weeks from receiving your ashes into the studio.
Eternal Ashes Collection
Our current timescale for processing items from our Eternal Ashes collection is 6 weeks

We aim to deliver Self-fill jewellery within 3-5 working days.
Engraved Jewellery
Engraved jewellery collections can take up to 7 working days from receiving your order.

When we say Inclusions, we are referring to our ashes jewellery collection and these include cremation ashes,hair, pet fur and horsehair for our jewellery.
We offer Free UK delivery on all completed orders and inclusion packs.

We also offer a repair service for our custom ashes jewellery.
We treat ALL inclusions with the utmost dignity, respect and care when crafting our ashes jewellery and we will only use what we need to create your jewellery piece. We will return any unused inclusions back to you with your order. All inclusions remain in their sealed bags until we are ready to create your jewellery.
All unused inclusions will be returned to you with your order.
We only require a small amount of ashes, hair, fur or horsehair to place inside each ashes jewellery piece. A mini capsule will be supplied with your inclusions pack. Any unused inclusions will be returned back to you with your completed order.
Yes, of course. We can place your beloved pet ashes or fur into our ashes jewellery pieces.
For our cremation ashes jewellery, inclusions such as ashes, hair and fur are permanently set into our special jewellery grade polymer that both UV stabilised and UV resistant, it is hard wearing so will not crack or smash.
Yes, we can do that for you. Simply select 'Multiple Inclusions' under the inclusions option tab within the product listing, choose the number of inclusions you will be sending and we will make your inclusions pack up accordingly.
We also have a few items that are specially created for more than one person or pet.
Yes, of course. Many of our pieces offer a custom colour option when ordering, where you are able to upload the colour shade or colour examples. For listings where the custom colour option isn’t available please contact us prior to placing your order.
Yes, we can create custom colours and combinations. Most of our listings include the option to upload an image of your custom colour. If the custom colour option isn’t available, please contact us before ordering and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We advise you not to wear your jewellery when showering, bathing, doing housework and sunbathing and avoid wearing when using cleaning products, wearing perfumes and lotions. If you wear perfumes and lotions, ensure they are completely dry before putting on your jewellery. We include a FREE polishing cloth with every order that can be used in case your jewellery does become slightly tarnished. See our Jewellery Care page for full details.

Our self-fill jewellery comes complete with the tools and full instructions on how you can place ashes inside yourself at home. We would also recommend placing a tiny amount of glue to the screw thread to seal the urn (glue is not included).
Yes, we offer engraved jewellery for names, hand and footprints, fingerprints, paw prints, handwriting, drawings and sound waves.
We also offer engraving on selected cremation ashes jewellery pieces.
You can order your engraved jewellery by first choosing the piece you like and then within that product page you will see a list of options to choose from. Simply select your requirements and checkout your order.
We have a image upload within the product pages of print jewellery where you can upload the image of a fingerprint, footprint etc. We will receive this image with your completed order. Print images will be edited by ourselves before engraving to remove any smudges and to prepare the image for engraving.
