All of our pieces come with a free 12 month warranty from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers your goods for manufacturing faults and if your goods are received not as ordered (this does not cover goods where the consumer has not read the full product details or has misunderstood any details regarding the product prior to ordering).
Our warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, obvious fault(s) caused by misuse by the consumer. If you need to report a fault please email full details of the issue, your name and order number and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults of your jewellery metal and special polymer (for custom made ashes jewellery) holding the inclusions. It does not cover things like wear and tear, including scratches, dents and broken chains that have obvious signs of tension. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty repair or replacement if there is any evidence of wear and tear or misuse, including evidence that the consumer has not followed our jewellery care guide.
Jewellery can tarnish over time due to many factors including contact with chemicals, skin ph levels, contact with water, airborne substances. If your jewellery turns black this is a normal natural process of Sterling Silver and we have provided a polishing cloth to keep this at bay. In order to keep your piece looking in 'as new' condition for longer, we recommend giving it a quick polish daily to remove any elements. In order to keep within your warranty, please adhere to our jewellery care instructions.
For any faults caused by manufacturing, we will first try to repair your piece. If we are unable to repair then we will replace. We reserve the right to refuse a repair or replacement if we find any signs of misuse and wear and tear that may have caused the fault.
Your warranty is immediately void if you have had any work, repairs etc done to your piece by another company or jeweller. We cannot repair or replace if damage has been caused by another company or jeweller.
All claims MUST be reported to us within the warranty period. For any claims made outside of your warranty period, we may be able to offer a chargeable repair or replacement service.
