After placing your order, an inclusions pack will be posted out to you containing full instructions and equipment to safely and securely send ashes, hair, fur or horsehair to us.  Once we have received your inclusions, you will be emailed a safe arrival notification and the creation of your jewellery will commence. 

Your precious memorial piece will come complete with a free 12 month automatic warranty, free polishing cloth and dispatched Free using a tracked and secure delivery method for peace of mind.
