After placing your order, an inclusions pack will be posted out to you containing full instructions and equipment to safely and securely send ashes, hair, fur or horsehair to us. Once we have received your inclusions, you will be emailed a safe arrival notification and the creation of your jewellery will begin. Delivery is within 2 weeks from receiving inclusions.
Your precious memorial piece will come complete with a free 12 month warranty, free polishing cloth and tracked and secure delivery throughout the process.
