Once you place your order, we will send you a free inclusions pack within 3-5 working days. This kit contains everything you need, including clear instructions and tools, to safely return your precious elements to our studio.
We only require a very small amount—typically about one teaspoon (or one capsule included with your pack) of ashes or a small lock of hair/fur. We treat every inclusion with the utmost respect, and any unused materials will be securely returned to you alongside your finished jewellery.
Trust is at the heart of what we do; each order is processed individually with meticulous care to ensure no cross-contamination. Every piece of ashes jewellery arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity, recording the name of your loved one signed and dated by the jeweller.
Because each piece is individually hand-crafted and polished, timescales vary. Sterling Silver items are usually delivered within 3 weeks of receiving your inclusions, while 9ct gold pieces can take up to 14 weeks, Titanium rings take up to 6 weeks to complete and Ashes Glass pieces take around 4 weeks. Specific timelines are always listed on each individual product page.
Yes, we can combine multiple inclusions within a single setting, such as ashes from two people or a blend of hair and fur. Simply choose your requirements from our customisation options when ordering, and we will expertly encapsulate them together to create your unique tribute.
