The first cross that was sent had a piece missing , so I contacted Nicky Robin who was very apologetic, I was asked to send a photo of the cross. I was then asked to return it and send a copy of the postage, which I did. I think it would have been better for Nicky Robin to have sent a prepaid envelope to return the cross, but saying that my son was happy with the cross when it was returned.
