There are 2 compartments within the inner of the locket. One section will be crafted with inclusions and the other section will be left untouched to allow you to place a photo inside.

We want you to be absolutely over the moon with your jewellery from us and to ensure that every aspect of your piece is as expected from placing an order with us. We have provided advice that explains possible variations that may arise when crafting jewellery and how each piece will be totally unique from the next piece made.
Ashes Jewellery - We will try to craft your ashes jewellery in the polymer colour chosen, however please be mindful that the shade may vary slightly from the colour expectations shown on our website. This can be due to screen resolution and ash type, which can affect this. Each persons ashes we receive differ in some way or another from colour to texture, from soft white ash to large dark ash, which can all alter the way a piece will turn out. We feel this is extremely beautiful as it ensures that each piece is totally unique with no other ever being made exactly the same. Pure uniqueness.
We will ensure that every care is taken when crafting your precious memorial jewellery, but if you are ever dissatisfied with your jewellery from us in respect that a fault has occurred with any part of the jewellery piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know and we will resolve any issues you may have.

UK- Free, fully tracked and secure delivery within the UK on all completed orders.
For Ashes Jewellery orders - Inclusion packs will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days after receiving your initial order and payment. Completed orders will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days from dispatch. Dispatch times will vary dependant on the current processing times from receiving inclusions.
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email. If any items become out of stock we will contact you either by telephone or via email as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about your order every step of the way, from placing your order, receipt of your inclusions back to us (for ashes jewellery) and when your order is ready to be dispatched. Once your order is packaged and dispatched we will send you an order confirmation dispatch email. As you can appreciate due to the fragile nature and processes involved in making your memorial jewellery, our processing times take a few days to craft. This is to ensure that each process and quality check is thoroughly maintained.
We keep our website updated with our current processing times and this can be found on our scrolling message bar (above). Processing times apply from the date that we receive your inclusions back into us (for ashes jewellery) and not from the date of order placed with us. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us for further clarification. If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us where we will help in tracking down your delivery. All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re delivery.
